  • Game Day Organization: Make sure rosters, jerseys, water, and logistics are ready for match days.

  • Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between the team, the Springfield Rugby Football Club leadership, and the community.

Qualities we're looking for in a Team Manager:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Friendly, approachable, and a good communicator with parents and players

  • Comfortable with basic social media posting (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Reliable and committed to the team’s success

  • Passionate about building community and helping young athletes thrive

Leadership Qualities

  • Patience & Understanding: High school boys need guidance, encouragement, and structure.

  • Positive Energy: Passion and enthusiasm make practices fun and motivating.
